Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of xentropy.ai and store.xentropy.ai and your purchase of digital products. By using the Service or buying a pack, you agree to them. The operator is identified in the Legal Notice.

1. The products

We sell digital "prompt packs" — collections of engineering prompts delivered as Markdown and JSON files. Access is provided to the email address used at purchase, via a passwordless sign-in link to your library.

2. Orders, seller of record, and payment

Purchases are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller of record for your transaction, issues your receipt, and collects any applicable taxes. Prices are shown at checkout inclusive of taxes where required.

3. Digital delivery & right of withdrawal

Packs are digital content delivered immediately. By completing your purchase and requesting immediate access, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. See the Refund Policy.

4. License

What you may and may not do with a purchased pack is set out in the Pack License (personal, non-redistributable).

5. Acceptable use

Don't resell, redistribute, or publish the packs; don't scrape, attack, or abuse the Service or attempt to bypass access controls.

6. Availability, warranties, and liability

The Service and packs are provided "as is" without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights). We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction (see the Legal Notice), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
