Free skills

Three skills, MIT-licensed, free and staying free. They work in any skills-compatible agent and pass the same validator we run on everything.

The set

• skill-author — write a spec-valid SKILL.md, and it bundles the dependency-free validate.py we check skills with.
• commit-hygiene — messy working tree → clean, one-concern-per-commit history, Conventional Commits, messages that say why.
• repro-first-debugging — reproduce the failure before touching code, then prove the fix against the same repro. No more "try this and see."

Why free

Free skills are how you find the good ones. These double as the trust demo for the maintained line: same validator, same eval discipline — the paid skills just add lifetime updates, published evals, and security attestation for higher-stakes workflows.
