Fair-use policy
Pro has no plan quotas. To keep the service fast and fair for everyone, unlimited use is protected by guardrails sized far above normal individual work. They apply to automated bursts and stored-object hoarding, not to everyday use.

Rates are rolling hourly and daily counts and apply on every plan. On Free, the lower plan limits on Pricing apply first.
What happens at a guardrail
The operation is refused with an explanation and, for rate limits, the time to wait. Nothing you have saved is changed or deleted. If your work genuinely needs a higher ceiling, email support@xentropy.ai; we can raise it for your account.
Review and suspension
Accounts that repeatedly reach guardrails, or come close to the storage ceiling, are reviewed. We may suspend an account for abusive, automated or unlawful use, for reselling access, or while a payment dispute is open. A suspended account keeps read access to its saved work; changes pause until support restores the account.
